Ingredients
- 1 large skillet of corn bread
- 1 cup onion
- 2 cups celery
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- About 2 cups bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. sage
- broth from giblets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Saute onion and celery in margarine
- Crumble corn bread
- Add other ingredients
- Add enough broth to make a good consistency to make dressing moist
- Grease square or rectangular pyrex
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes or until done.
- Pecan halves are nice to add to top before baking
