Helen's Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs. pork shoulder
- small onion
- sprig fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- Baby Ray barbeque sauce
Method
- Season pork with a little salt and pepper
- Put pork in crock pot with skin on, fat side up
- Chop garlic and onion and add with rosemary, vinegar, and crushed pepper
- Cook on slow 4-6 hours or until meat falls apart
- Cool, remove excess fat, and pull meat apart by hand
- Drain excess liquid from crock pot
- Return pork to crock pot with barbeque sauce
- Cook on low for 1/2 hour
