Peach Crisp
Ingredients
- 4-6 fresh medium peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Place peaches in an 8"-by-8" baking dish. Add cornstarch and toss to mix evenly.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over peaches
- Mix flour, sugar, and spices
- Stir butter into oats; add flour mixture and stir until crumbly
- Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over peaches
- Bake 45 minutes or until peaches are tender and top is lightly browned
