* small onion&lt;br /&gt;
* sprig fresh rosemary&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 cup cider vinegar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 cloves fresh garlic&lt;br /&gt;
* Baby Ray barbeque sauce&lt;br /&gt;

# Season pork with a little salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;
# Put pork in crock pot with skin on, fat side up&lt;br /&gt;
# Chop garlic and onion and add with rosemary, vinegar, and crushed pepper&lt;br /&gt;
# Cook on slow 4-6 hours or until meat falls apart&lt;br /&gt;
# Cool, remove excess fat, and pull meat apart by hand&lt;br /&gt;
# Drain excess liquid from crock pot&lt;br /&gt;
# Return pork to crock pot with barbeque sauce &lt;br /&gt;
