Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 5 medium)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup quick or regular oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup raisins
Method
- In large bowl, cream butter with sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Mix flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas and milk.
- Stir in oats and raisins.
- Turn into greased loaf pan 9" x 5" x 3".
- Bake at 350F for one hour or until loaf tests done.
- Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan and cool completely
