Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Whisk together everything except the butter until smooth
  3. Melt butter in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and tilt to coat sides
  4. Pour mixture into skillet and cook without stirring for 1 minute
  5. Place skillet in oven and cook for 13 minutes
