Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Whisk together everything except the butter until smooth
- Melt butter in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and tilt to coat sides
- Pour mixture into skillet and cook without stirring for 1 minute
- Place skillet in oven and cook for 13 minutes
