Quick Okra (Jhatpat Bhindi)

Ingredients
- 12 oz. okra
- 1 medium onion, sliced finely
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garem masala
- 1/2 tsp cayene
- 1/2 tsp salt
- squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- Heat oil on medium-high heat. Add okra and cook for 6 minutes or until soft.
- Add spices, turn heat to low, and cook 2 minutes
- Remove okra, turn heat to medium high and add onions. Cook until they begin to soften.
- Return okra to pan and cook 3 minutes
- Add lemon juice
