Buttermilk Pancakes

1. Whisk together in large bowl
   • 1 1/2 cups flour
   • 3 Tbsp sugar
   • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
   • 1/2 tsp baking soda
   • 1/2 tsp salt
2. Whisk together in another bowl
   • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
   • 3 Tbps butter, melted
   • 2 large eggs
   • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
3. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and whisk together until combined
