Ingredients
- 1 32-oz package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Corn flake crumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine potatoes and butter
- Add soup, onions, sour cream, and cheese. Mix well.
- Put in square casserole dish (9" x 13")
- Sprinkle with corn-flake crumbs
- Bake 50 min.
